Refund Policy

NutraLead business packages are non-refundable upon purchase. Immediately after a business package is purchased, our development team will be working on your specific business requirements.

Damages and issues

All inventory purchased by our clients through NutraLead is inspected for visible damages and deficiencies. All inventory will be in perfect standing condition prior to being shipped to our clients customers. NutraLead is not responsible for damaged products during the shipping process, and all claims must be filed with the courier by the client. Although this is extremely rare, it does happen and products can be damaged during the shipping process.
